→ For the Cowboy Butter

10 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
11 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
13 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
14 - 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
15 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
16 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
17 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
18 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
02 - Pat steak dry with paper towels. Generously season both sides with kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3 to 4 minutes per side until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from skillet and rest for 5 to 10 minutes. Slice steak thinly against the grain.
04 - While steak is resting, place slider buns cut side down in the same skillet and toast until golden brown.
05 - Arrange sliced steak on the bottom halves of toasted slider buns. Generously spoon cowboy butter over steak. Add preferred toppings such as cheese slices, sautéed onions, arugula, or pickles. Top with remaining buns.
06 - Serve immediately with additional cowboy butter on the side for dipping.

# Additional Insights:

01 - Allow the steak to rest before slicing to ensure maximum juiciness.
